Animal Control Officers Certification Course.

The course totals 88 hours over ten weeks.

Class is held from March thru May on Thursday of each week from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with one Saturday for large animal handling.

 Regional & Local Meetings

All ACOAM members are welcome to attend Board meetings. We welcome the ideas and input of all, and sincerely appreciate the energy and differing views that the membership offers. All meetings are at noon.

Final meetings dates for 2011: 

October 19th and November 16th (no conference option for this meeting being held in Weymouth)

Meetings for 2012:

Jan 11th; Feb 22nd; April 4th; May 16th; June 27th; August 8th; Sept 19th; October 26th & 27th Annual Meeting and Conference; and December 12th.

If you can’t attend a meeting but have something you want discussed, simply call or email Manny Maciel, ACOAM President, and he will include your topic on the agenda.

 

The meetings are held in Weymouth at the ACOAM office, located in the beautiful building of the New England Wildlife Center, every 6 weeks, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM. Pizza is usually the lunch of choice, with everybody contributing a couple of bucks towards the cost, or you can bring your own lunch.
