Our very own Lt Alan Borgal was named one of the top 10 Animal Defenders in the country by ALDF.
Alan is an exceptional human being and always there when we need him. Lt Borgal is an advocate for ACOAM's certification academy, he makes us all want to be better officers, his theme of educate, educate, educate, has become our motto. Thank you Lt. Alan Borgal!
Animal victims of abuse cannot speak for themselves—but fortunately, there are superstar officials in law enforcement, courtrooms, and legislature speaking out for animals from coast to coast, taking a real stand in seeking justice for abused and neglected animals. During National Justice for Animals Week 2012, the Animal Legal Defense Fund is delighted to announce America’s Top Ten Animal Defenders. Thank you and congratulations to these courageous advocates for justice for animals!
The ACOAM Academy is now closed for admission. We have a fantastic course planned, and look forward to this new session. Thank you for your support!
ACOAM informs and educates the general public of Massachusetts on the responsibilities of animal ownership, and to assist State and local governmental bodies in enacting, improving and enforcing animal control laws that are reasonable and equitable.
